Beaujolais Village Rouge de garde
 These light wines are the result of two different vinifications:
Primeur : this is the fruity ‘Beaujolais Nouveau’. To be drunk from November and during the following 6 months.
Quatre saisons : this wine has been kept longer in the vats and is more full-flavoured. It is a convivial, jubilant wine that can be drunk for up to 2 years after the harvest. Drink at a temperature of 15ºC with cold meats, pâtés and cheese.
Beaujolais Village Rouge nouveau
 This light, fruity wine is available from the third Thursday in November and should be drunk within 6 months.
Drink at a temperature of 15ºC with cold meats and pâtés or as an aperitif.
Beaujolais Village Blanc
 This wine is produced from the Chardonnay grape, which gives it the typical aromas of a dry white wine with floral notes.
May be kept for 2/3 years. Drink at a temperature of 12ºC with starters and fish dishes.
Brouilly
 This is made from grapes harvested from vines that are over 50 years old (vieilles vignes), that are situated on south-facing granite soil.
This prestigious ruby-coloured wine is robust with fruity notes.
May be kept for 3/4 years.Drink at a temperature of 14ºC with red meat and cheese.
Brouilly cuvée des hautes Garanche
  This ‘vieilles vignes’ wine is made using grapes from a south-facing granite plateau and has a generous bouquet of red fruit. It is a blend of oak-aged wine and traditional Brouilly.
May be kept for 5/6 years.Drink at a temperature of 14ºC with red meat, game and cheese.
Brouilly Fût de Chêne
 This wine has the same characteristics as the Brouilly.
It is, however, aged in oak vats for 12 months, which gives it a deep ruby colour and woody tannins.
May be kept for 5/6 years. Drink at a temperature of 14ºC with red meat, game and cheese.
